MIG Welder
Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding) processes. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, follow welding procedures, and ensure high-quality welds that meet production and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Set up welding equipment, select proper wire/feed settings, and prepare materials for welding
• Weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) as required
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Grind, clean, and finish welds using hand and power tools
• Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, cutting torches, and plasma cutters
• Perform basic layout, fitting, and assembly of metal components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
• Meet production goals and deadlines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow work instructions and welding procedures
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Randolph, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
