Burlington Stores is seeking a Fashion Director Assistant in New York to partner with the Fashion Director on seasonal trend direction, product strategy, and brand alignment. You will analyze fashion, consumer, and cultural insights to guide assortment decisions and ensure storytelling across merchandising and marketing. The role requires driving cross-functional alignment and presenting to leadership.
