Center Manager - (Midvale Fort Union)

Job Details Location: 7036 Union Park Ave - Midvale, UT 84047. Salary Range: $35,568.00 - $48,300.00. Position: Full‑time. Work Location: In person. Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You will be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists. Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention. Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care. Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background). Strong sales background preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Established history of managing multiple direct reports. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Growth mindset is key. Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance. Places the guest first and coaches associates to connect with guests. Builds brand loyalty and establishes a loyal guest base through behavior, product presentation, and service. Is self‑motivated, go‑getter, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand. Leads and inspires by example, encourages fact‑based solutions and celebrates the success of others. Has an open and flexible schedule. Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions. Ability to learn and operate a POS system. Can climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Can stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time – 80% or more of the shift.
