Sr Attorney - Remote

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Attorney to join a leading law firm in the industry in Nevada. As a Senior Attorney your role is vital in ensuring legal compliance and protecting the interests of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients which is corporate transactions and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Negotiate and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent corporate clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties on legal issues.
• Manage and oversee legal projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
