Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters. Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients\' industries. Manage and prioritize multiple legal projects effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, ideally in commercial litigation. Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
