Our diverse industry exposure equips us with invaluable tools, tricks, and techniques to tackle complex software and data challenges.About the Job:We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a client project focused on Angular-based software development with data visualization as the primary deliverable. This is a part time (25 hours a week) contract engagement ideally suited for a candidate based in the New England area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile project environments, excellent communication skills, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharma experience is required to ensure alignment with the client's needs and regulatory considerations.About You:This position is a great fit for someone who excels at gathering and translating complex business requirements into actionable deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of a cutting-edge data visualization platform. A strong understanding of data analytics, visualization tools, and Agile processes will be key to success in this role.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for the data visualization platform.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Angular-based software development projects.Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.Define and refine user stories, ensuring they align with project goals and are ready for sprints.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to represent the business perspective.Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.Collaborate with QA teams to validate that deliverables meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.Assess and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and recommend solutions to address challenges or roadblocks.Goals:Ensure all business requirements are captured, refined, and translated into actionable tasks for the development team.Maintain a well-groomed backlog of user stories and documentation to support seamless sprint execution.Facilitate clear and proactive communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.Support the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.Minimum Job Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles, including gathering and documenting business requirements.Familiarity with Angular-based software development projects and data visualization tools.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project environments.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.Knowledge of data analytics and visualization concepts.
