Clinical Services Consultant

to lead the implementation, training, and adoption of healthcare technology solutions for hospital and clinical customers. This role is ideal for an RN or experienced LPN who enjoys educating others, collaborating with healthcare teams, and serving as a trusted clinical resource during software implementation projects. The position begins with onsite training in Littleton, followed by a hybrid work schedule. Approximately 30% travel is required to support customer implementations, training sessions, and go-live events throughout the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer implementations of healthcare technology solutions from planning through go-live. Deliver engaging training sessions for clinical staff and end users on software and related workflows. Assess clinical workflows and recommend best practices to improve user adoption and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary clinical resource for customers throughout implementation projects. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployments. Provide post-implementation support by assisting with troubleshooting and service requests. Create and maintain training materials and educational resources. Manage multiple implementation projects while maintaining excellent customer communication. Travel to customer sites to conduct training, support implementations, and assist during system launches. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred; experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will also be considered. Acute care clinical experience required. Previous experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or educating healthcare staff is highly preferred. Customer-facing, consulting, implementation, or sales support experience is a plus. Comfortable learning and teaching new healthcare software and technology platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint. Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Self-directed professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: Onsite training in Littleton during the first three months. Hybrid flexibility available following the onboarding period. Travel begins after approximately six months of employment and averages 30%. Mileage reimbursement provided for business travel.
