Key Responsibilities Represent clients and brands at live events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns. Welcome and engage event attendees with professionalism and enthusiasm. Educate the public about products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives. Deliver engaging presentations and product or service demonstrations to new audiences. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about current campaigns and offerings. Support event setup, organization, and day-of operations to ensure a positive guest experience. Build positive relationships with customers and create memorable brand experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, promotions, and company updates.
