What you will do Help coordinate and execute daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast. Serve as a key point of contact for drivers during the delivery day. Use fleet-management and internal systems to monitor routes, driver progress, delivery activity, and performance; identify delays and help resolve issues quickly. Process customer orders, prepare them for loading and delivery, and maintain accurate route, driver, order, and compliance information. Partner with Production, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to support smooth daily deliveries. Track key Fleet metrics, recognize recurring issues, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and customer service. What you will bring A strong learning mindset: you ask thoughtful questions, learn quickly, and want to understand the whole operation. Organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through. Comfort using technology and the ability to learn new software and systems. Clear communication and confidence working directly with drivers and internal teams. The ability to juggle priorities, solve problems, stay composed, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite in Central Islip, New York. Helpful, but not required A bachelor's degree. Recent graduates and candidates starting their careers are encouraged to apply. An interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, fleet management, data, or operations.
