Business Process AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Business Process Analyst to join Warehousing Management System Integration team in either Renton or Everett, WA location for first shift.Successful candidate will join a team implementing a new Warehousing Management System (Manhattan WMS), with integrations to internal systems (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS), across BCA Assembly and Installation warehouses. Other responsibilities include partnering with Warehouse Operations, IT and business teams to manage functionality improvements and change requests, develop funding requests, bench-marking, business case analysis, and hardware technology assessments.Position Responsibilities:Forms and effectively leads cross-functional teams across multiple business processesDevelop a thorough understanding of Manhattan WMS functionality and its relationship/integration with host systems (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS) to provide pre and post implementation support including system configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality roll-outs and system auditsPresents analysis to senior managers and executive leadership teamAbility to provide solutions to complex business scenarios within the WMS spaceDevelops and implements standards and roadmaps for new processes and systemsLeads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniquesEnsures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulationsEffectively contracts with customer and/or charters project, designs a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, while building trust and strong relationship with end usersEnsures accurate deliverables and maintains results and communicates to all participantsParticipates in the training of the site trainers on the use and maintenance of the Manhattan WMS system while also assisting in the development of standard operating proceduresMay benchmark, or assist in bench-marking, best practices and industry standards; presents best practices at internal eventsFacilitates development of the business case and prepares work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit analysisCommunicates with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and statusWorks under minimal directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Management Systems3+ years of experience with implementing Warehouse Management Systems or similar software solutions, preferred Manhattan platformExperience with business intelligence or data warehousing developmentAdvanced understanding of the software development life cycle, UAT and end user trainingPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in training/facilitation, Manhattan WMS, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, or other Supply Chain systemsBoeing experience is a plusBachelor’s Degree or higherDemonstrated presentation skills for multiple audiences including executive leadershipShifts: This position has variable shifts and chosen candidate must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
