Leading the visual direction for social-first content, the remote Senior Designer will develop compelling conceptual ideas and produce high-quality assets across various platforms, while mentoring a team and integrating AI tools into the creative process. Key responsibilities Lead the visual direction for social-first content and campaigns, ensuring strong conceptual ideas that differentiate the brand Design and produce platform-native assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels, maintaining high standards of quality Mentor and guide designers and content creators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the studio Required qualifications A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design thinking and execution for consumer brands Deep understanding of social platform behaviors and visual performance factors across multiple channels Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with proficiency in producing assets quickly Experience in art directing photography and video shoots with a focus on inclusive visual representation Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams, providing direction and constructive feedback
