Capital Management Services (CMS) is hiring for an on-site Customer Service Agent in Buffalo, NY. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2–90 days past due). The role is full-time with paid training, PTO, and a path for career growth. Starting pay is $16/hour with up to $500/month in performance bonuses.
