Automotive Sales Call Center Representative

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-4:30, occasional Saturday hours

Job Responsibilities

• Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Work in our call center staffed and managed by the Dealership, and handle our customer contacts, service and sales follow-up, and lead generation.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
• Schedule service and sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
• Contact customers based on current service and sales marketing incentives.
• Explain service maintenance plans and offers as needed.
• Assisting customers with any service inquiry as needed.
• Provide amazing customer service experience in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
• Introducing customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department

Pay is $17.50 per hour plus commission (uncapped)

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid drivers license
• Must have call center experience
• Previous insurance experience is a plus
