Basil Family Dealerships is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales BDC Representative to join our team! If you enjoy talking with people, providing great customer service, and helping turn leads into appointments, this could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Sales BDC Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. You'll work with our sales teams to connect with customers, answer questions, follow up on leads, and help schedule appointments.

Pay: $19-$21/hour based on knowledge & experience + monthly bonus opportunity
Earning Potential: Approximately $50,000/year

What You'll Do:

• Respond to internet, phone, and other sales leads
• Contact customers through phone calls, texts, and emails
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle
• Schedule appointments for the Sales Team
• Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments
• Build positive relationships with customers throughout the buying process
• Provide helpful information and answer basic customer questions
• Keep customer information and follow-up activity updated in our CRM
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to help generate opportunities
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience from the first contact

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking with customers over the phone and through text/email
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Motivated by goals and opportunities to earn additional income
• Customer-service mindset
• Previous BDC, automotive, sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
