Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and independence
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and modify treatment programs as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment to promote trust and confidence in recovery
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
- Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of physical therapy principles, modalities, and evidence-based practices
- Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and adaptive equipment
- Proficient in documentation using electronic medical records
- Understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment
