Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an inpatient rehab setting
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the therapy team
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments to maximize recovery outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and long-term wellness
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to coordinate holistic care
• Maintain a compassionate, encouraging environment that supports patient independence

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Previous rehab or hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Skilled in creating personalized treatment plans
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and documentation
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping patients regain independence
