Shift Type: Part-time, variable per diem shifts, approximately 8.5 hours per shift; days and times vary based on facility needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Participate in discharge planning to support successful transitions to home or next level of care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma or compact eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced rehab environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation
