Role Description
Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing function. The Global Creative Director will be a strategic visionary, shaping our client’s brand voice, visual identity, and creative strategy. This role is ideal for a high-level creative leader who thrives on collaboration, driving world-class brand storytelling, and partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate the client's presence in the B2B market.
- Not manage designers directly but work closely with the Creative Services team to guide execution.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with business objectives.
- Requires deep expertise in B2B marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong vision for branding in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior creative roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand leadership and creative innovation.
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) and design platforms like Figma.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and a focus on measurable impact.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
