What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Perform electrical work for new construction, remodeling projects, and service calls.
• Install and replace electrical panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, and wiring.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, effective repair solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus (or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience troubleshooting electrical problems independently.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
