Job Summary

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Physical Therapist to treat patients in a steady, well-organized clinical setting. This position is designed for a PT who wants to help patients move better, recover from injury, and regain function without feeling rushed through high-volume care.

You will work with a variety of orthopedic cases and have the support of a professional team focused on patient outcomes.

Key Details

Pay: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible — 4-day option or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Ownership: PT-owned

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine clinical needs
• Develop treatment plans that support mobility, strength, and function
• Treat orthopedic conditions using skilled physical therapy interventions
• Provide hands-on care and therapeutic exercise instruction
• Teach patients how to manage symptoms and continue progress at home
• Document evaluations, visits, and progress updates
• Communicate with referring providers when needed
• Help maintain a smooth and positive clinic flow

Requirements

• Active Florida PT License
• DPT or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Orthopedic interest preferred
• Reliable, professional, and organized
