We’re looking for a People (HR) Coordinator to join our team and grow into a key contributor across all areas of HR. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, curious, and eager to learn. You will play a hands-on role supporting day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure to recruiting, employee experience, compliance, and people analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a proactive point-of-contact for new and current team members during key points of the employment lifecycle – i.e. recruiting, onboarding, development, feedback surveys, and offboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding, offer administration, and new hire setup.
- Work closely with People team to provide a world-class team member experience while cross-training to acquire new skills.
- Maintain data integrity of the HRIS (Paylocity) and electronic files to ensure compliance and clean reporting of people metrics.
- Respond to verbal and written verification of employment requests.
- Respond to Unemployment claims and submit forms.
- Primary support to monitor and escalate inquiries sent to the HR Inbox.
- Pull and organize HR data and identify basic trends or inconsistencies; escalate insights to People leadership.
- Effectively partner with key departments including Learning & Development, Marketing, and IT.
- Special projects in areas such as benefits, hiring, training, and compliance.
- Promote strong company culture and positive morale.
- Promote and participate in company events, including but not limited to office events, team builds, and new hire training.
- Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or a fast-paced administrative role, or a high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication
