Basic Job Information HonorVet Technologies (SDVOSB) provides specialized and scalable staffing solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments across the United States. With strong delivery capabilities and rapid turnaround times, we support contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, project-based, and consulting staffing needs across legal operations, litigation support, corporate law, compliance, contracts administration, intellectual property, employment law, eDiscovery, and legal administration. Our dedicated recruitment team focuses on delivering highly qualified legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, contract administrators, compliance specialists, and litigation support professionals, efficiently while ensuring quality, confidentiality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Job Title: Finance Associate Job Location: Chicago, IL/ New York, NY/ Charlotte, NC

Description:

Client is looking for an associate with at least three years of substantive fund finance/structured finance experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of banks, private funds and asset managers in fund finance and structured finance transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions.
Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLOs at a large law firm is preferred.
We will consider candidates for our Chicago, New York, and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
