The Company

A high-growth financial services organisation is seeking a Funding & Structured Finance Senior Associate to support its expanding financing and lending platform. They combine technology, analytics, and operational excellence to deliver innovative financial solutions while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance. As the business continues to scale, the funding team plays a critical role in supporting facility performance, lender reporting, and financing operations. You will join a collaborative environment with direct exposure to structured finance and credit facility management.

The Role

• Support day-to-day operations across credit facilities, including funding, collateral management, and reporting activities

• Prepare and review lender reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financing agreements

• Monitor borrowing base calculations, eligibility criteria, concentration limits, and covenant compliance requirements

• Analyse large datasets to evaluate facility performance and identify reporting issues, trends, or anomalies

• Support ongoing lender requests and reporting obligations

• Translate facility and portfolio data into clear summaries and actionable business insights

• Maintain rigorous quality control standards across recurring reporting deliverables

• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies independently

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk, and Accounting functions

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, controls, and operational efficiency

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience within structured finance, private credit, specialty finance, lending operations, funding operations, or financial reporting

• Experience supporting credit facilities, warehouse facilities, borrowing base reporting, or covenant monitoring

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and reconcile large, complex datasets

• Proven ability to investigate and resolve data and reporting discrepancies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience preparing reporting for lenders, funding partners, investors, or internal stakeholders

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams

• Experience within consumer lending, fintech, specialty finance, or asset-backed lending environments is highly desirable

• Exposure to SQL or VBA is beneficial
