Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Adaptable to new workflows and eager to learn

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in a range of operative procedures
• Prepare and maintain a safe surgical environment
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively
• Communicate effectively with surgeons and perioperative team members
• Accurately document care and respond swiftly to urgent situations
