Vice President of IT

Leading the global technology organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of IT will be responsible for strategic direction, management, and performance across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, ensuring a secure and scalable technology environment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and operating model aligned with business objectives Provide leadership and oversight for all IT functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance Direct the enterprise cybersecurity program, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and managing information security risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum of 12 years of progressive enterprise IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at the Director level or above Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure environments Proven success in developing and maintaining cybersecurity and risk management programs Experience supporting global business operations and familiarity with technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration
