As a Journeyman Plumber, you will play a key role in the successful execution of a wide range of commercial projects, from fast-paced tenant buildouts to large-scale multifamily renovations.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for tenant fit-outs, new construction, and multifamily housing projects
• Perform all phases of work including underground, rough-in, top-out, and fixture installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents with accuracy
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure schedules and deadlines are met
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Assist in identifying and resolving field issues efficiently to keep projects moving forward
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

Qualifications

✔ Active Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
✔ 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience (tenant fit-outs and multifamily strongly preferred)
✔ Ability to read plans and work independently in the field
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with leading small crews or assisting foremen is a plus
✔ Own tools & valid driver’s license
✔ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
