Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. This role involves unloading trailers of grain, operating machinery for grain dumping, and performing essential data entry tasks. As a Production Worker, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our grain handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers of grain into designated dump areas.

• Open floor and trailer traps for grain dumping.

• Take and test grain samples to ensure quality.

• Perform basic computer operations and data entry for tracking truck loads.

• Lift trailer lids for loading grain and manage loads efficiently.

• Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production-based work, at least 1 year.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general labor tasks such as inspection and packaging.

• Familiarity with forklift and machine operation.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional extended hours up to 12-hour shifts. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring comfort with all weather conditions. Employees must wear steel-toed boots/shoes and appropriate work attire, including jeans and a work shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
