Job Description: Medical Scheduler Responsibilities: Call patients to schedule a series of appointments Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling process Requirements: Proven experience as a medical scheduler Detail oriented and organized Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic medical records North Texas Institute of Neurology & Headache #J-18808-Ljbffr North Texas Institute of Neurology & Headache
