Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- Clinical experience in neonatal care
- Ability to provide comprehensive care and monitoring for neonates

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment.
- Ensure appropriate assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to neonatal care.
