Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonates and assigned patient groups according to the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor neonates with lifethreatening conditions, recognize changes, and respond promptly with appropriate interventions.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in a high-acuity environment.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses; communicate effectively with families and the care team.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and equipment readiness; participate in rounds and care planning to ensure Level III/IV NICU standards.

Requirements
- Current, active registered nurse (RN) license
- NICU or neonatal high-acuity care experience preferred
- Ability to work Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12)
- BLS certification required; ACLS and neonatal-focused certifications encouraged
- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; ability to supervise staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care
