Smith and Company Painting is looking for an Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team in McMinnville, Oregon. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners and property owners, provide solutions for their painting and floor coating needs, and help deliver the high-quality service our company has been known for since 1960.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and earning strong income based on performance. Our Outside Sales Representatives earn $60,000-$100,000+ per year through a combination of base salary and commissions.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping our company grow while providing excellent service to our customers. After completing training, you will:

• Meet with homeowners and property owners to discuss their painting and coating needs
• Build relationships and provide expert guidance on our services and products
• Prepare estimates and proposals for interior painting, exterior painting, and floor coating projects
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure projects start smoothly
• Maintain strong relationships with clients even after the project is complete
• Track sales activity using our CRM and participate in weekly team meetings

You'll be the face of our company, helping customers feel confident about improving and protecting their properties.
