Occupational Therapist (OT) - Acute Care

Occupational Therapist Rehabilitation
Shift: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Valid Occupational Therapy License
Certification in CPR/First Aid
Experience in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Interpret physician orders and requests for treatment
Administer and interpret tests and measurements for patients
Review patient charts and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations
Assist patients in developing, improving, or restoring skills in activities of daily living
Uniform: White or Royal Blue for nurses, Charcoal Grey for patient observers/sitters
Must complete required orientation and training prior to starting
