Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Writing up estimates and invoices
• Assisting customers with job pickups and drop-offs
• Scheduling appointments and updating customer information
• Communicating with customers about the status of their jobs
• Assisting the business owner with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Maintaining organized records and paperwork
• Keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Performing other office and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous customer service or office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
