Webber- 3rd Party Claims Coordinator- Infrastructure Management (Temporary)

Job Description Summary: Initiates claims against individuals or companies and follows them through until full payment is received. Responsibilities Receives audits and maintains the documentation packet from Emergency Response Coordinators which outlines accidents that have damaged highway property. It contains: Incident/Accident Report, Police Report, Pictures (if applicable). Monitors and responds to ongoing questions or requests for additional information. Documents actions by accessing and entering data into an Excel Access database. Assists in providing monthly reports for Project Administrators. Avoids legal challenges by complying with federal, state and local legal requirements. Positively contributes to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. Carrying out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time. Safety comes first: completes work in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. Other duties (not listed) may be assigned at any time. Qualifications High School or GED required; 2 years of college education preferred. 3–5 years of experience, with insurance industry experience preferred. Demonstrates innovation and creative problem‑solving skills. Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work and manage multiple projects. Proficient use of Microsoft Suite software. Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff across all functional areas of the business. Work Conditions / Physical Demands Approximately 100% performed in a climate‑controlled internal office environment under normal office conditions. Must be able to work on typical office equipment and technology, including virtual connection technology such as webcams. Webber and its companies are equal‑opportunity employers.
