May house 1,300-2,000 inmates/patients. Provides nursing services to patients in accordance with the scope of the Licensed Practical Nurse license. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of the MetroHealth System./ppMandatory qualifications: License Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio ONLY Active BLS from the American Heart Association only/ppPreferred Qualifications: One year of clinical experience in nursing./ppRequired Licenses/Certifications: Licenses Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio ONLY Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association ONLY/ppWork Environment/Physical Requirements: Correctional healthcare setting. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance./ppShift: 72 hours bi-weekly Night shift: 6:45pm-7:15am including every other weekend and rotating holidays. No exceptions.
