Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator is a key player on the Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty Marketing Team, utilizing skills in graphic design and communications to promote the company's Savannah, GA real estate listings and agents. The position is responsible for marketing activities like the design and distribution of email campaigns, the creation of social media graphics, as well as the design and ordering of high-quality brochures and postcards. Under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will execute marketing plans to ensure the needs of agents are met. The ideal candidate possesses graphic design skills, high standards for work output, great time management, and strong communication abilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create and distribute a suite of marketing materials for new company listings to include email marketing, print collateral and mailings, as well as digital materials Create and execute email marketing for open houses, price reductions, and additional messaging requested by agents Add new listing videos to YouTube, and ensure they are formatted correctly for SIR.com Ensure new listing photography is saved and sized correctly, according to Sotheby's International Realty brand guidelines Be a brand steward. Quickly learn the Sotheby's International Realty brand guidelines and be able to provide support to the marketing team in efforts to quality control Communicate effectively with agents and team members, conveying accurate timelines and requesting materials that may be needed Track and manage agent marketing expenses, as well as company-wide marketing expenses Assist marketing team and admins with both ongoing projects and short-term initiatives The Ideal Candidate will have A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising Minimum two (2) years' experience in marketing, communications, or experience in real estate Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, required Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail; ability to work and communicate effectively with many different personalities Sharp attention to detail and high standards for work output The ability to work in a collaborative team and also take initiative without direct supervision Creativity and the desire to refine, improve, and strive for the most visually appealing work Exceptionally organized and motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment An enthusiasm for real estate and a desire to learn about the industry A well-qualified candidate will be a highly organized, creative, effective time manager with meticulous attention to detail who loves the challenges of real estate, marketing and branding. About The Team and The Workflow This position is based in our flagship office in Savannah at 300 Bull Street, Suite 101. Our marketing team works together in a collaborative manner, regardless of titles. Within the team, we use project management software to assign and complete tasks. We work communally across most projects and have a willingness to share, critique, and proof projects for each other.
