Registered Nurse – Tele, Los Angeles, California. This travel, temporary assignment supports a home healthcare - hospice setting. Start date: September 14, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,646-$1,761 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours. Shift: 3x12 nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and professional judgment
- Collect relevant data, assess patient needs, analyze information to identify diagnoses and care issues
- Develop and implement a care plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote patient safety and healing
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; provide education and discharge planning to support continuity of care
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the nursing team; participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives as needed

Requirements
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license active in California
- Education: BSN preferred
- Certifications: BLS or CPR required; ACLS required; HLFS (Hospital Fire and Life Safety) required
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Special requirements: EPIC experience required
- Miscellaneous: Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice environment; eligible for travel nursing assignments
