D & M Behavioral Solutions of Weston, FL is looking to hire a part-time or full-time bilingual Student Analyst for our RBT to BCBA Program. Do you speak Spanish or Haitian Creole? Do you want to become one of the bilingual BCBAs South Florida families need? If so, please read on!

A Day in the Life of a Student Analyst

As a Student Analyst, you work as an RBT with your own families while you train to become a BCBA. You deliver ABA sessions, collect data on ABA Matrix, and start thinking like an analyst: why this program, why this prompt, and what the data are telling you.

Your D & M BCBA supervisor meets with you every month and assigns fieldwork activities that count toward your BCBA hours, like graphing data, drafting a program update, observing an assessment, or helping with caregiver training. Your hours are logged in the BACB Fieldwork Tracker, your schedule works around your classes, and when you pass your exam, a BCaBA or BCBA role at D & M is waiting for you.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Delivers ABA sessions as an RBT with an assigned caseload.
• Completes BCBA-assigned fieldwork activities (graphing, program updates, assessment observation, caregiver training support).
• Meets with a D & M BCBA supervisor every month and logs hours in the BACB Fieldwork Tracker.
• Collects accurate data and completes session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Communicates professionally with caregivers and the treatment team.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows D & M policies and the RBT Ethics Code.

What Do You Bring to the Role?

• Certification: Current RBT certification (or the ability to certify within 180 days).
• Education: Enrolled in, or accepted to, a master’s program with a BACB verified course sequence.
• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole.
• Transportation: Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Background: Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Commitment: Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with kids and families.
• Positive Attitude: Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves working in homes, schools, and community settings, occasionally lifting or moving up to 30 lbs., sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, and engaging in active play for extended periods. Travel between client locations is required.
