Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time, W-2 Organization: Healthy Behavior Changes Location: South Florida (home/community/telehealth - local travel as needed) Healthy Behavior Changes is a clinician-led ABA practice and training hub serving children and adolescents with autism and related needs. We use a modern platform that centralizes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and payroll so our clinicians can spend more time on client care and professional growth. We focus on ethical, compassionate ABA, strong RBT supervision, and practical caregiver support. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans: Perform functional behavior assessments and create function-based treatment plans Deliver direct BCBA services and oversee implementation of programs. Supervise and coach RBTs : provide modeling, live feedback, integrity checks, and constructive coaching Provide caregiver training : train parents/caregivers in evidence-based strategies and collaborate with schools and other providers Review data and make data-based decisions: Adjust programs based on progress and maintain up-to-date documentation Collaborate with leadership on training materials and systems that improve efficiency and clinical quality. Maintain ethical and culturally responsive practice in line with BACB standards and payer requirements. We aim for a realistic full-time load of about 25-30 billable hours per week, reserving the rest of your time for supervision, documentation, and planning. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $75000-$85000 annually (W-2), depending on experience and caseload. Health insurance with employer contribution (medical, dental and vision). Qualifications Active BCBA in good standing (Florida-licensed or license-eligible if required). At least 1 year of BCBA experience preferred; strong newly-certified BCBAs with robust RBT or lead experience will be considered. Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
