Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

We are seeking an experienced RN to supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care in a rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising the nursing team during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations. Assisting the Director of Nursing in coordinating nursing services. Overseeing patient care during acute episodes and addressing employee issues promptly. Assuming on-call duties and performing additional assigned tasks. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse with a current license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Graduate of an accredited Nursing School with a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to provide quality care, follow doctor orders, and supervise staff effectively. CPR certification annually, with experience in long-term care preferred. Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additional Requirements Attend training and staff meetings as needed. Maintain documentation of actions taken on employee and patient issues.
