General Manager (4262) - 2320 Oaklawn Boulevard Part‑time – Job Category: Store General Manager We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our store. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of service, maintain strong inventory and cash control, and lead a team to achieve company goals. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of store operations, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of team members. Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and proper presentation. Implement marketing initiatives and promote sales. Track profitability and work to achieve financial targets. Essential Functions & Skills Perform basic arithmetic accurately and efficiently. Provide correct monetary change and process orders. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Coordinate eye–hand movements for rapid preparation. Work Conditions Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, dust, and hot surfaces. Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items up to 30 pounds, and occasional stair or ladder use. Moderate noise and limited visibility in the walk‑in cooler. Qualifications Strong leadership and multitasking abilities. Excellent judgment, math skills, and customer service orientation. Ability to follow policies and lead a team.
