Architectural Designer

Architectural Project Designer – Growth-Focused Role A well-established and design-driven architecture practice is seeking a motivated Architectural Project Designer to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to impactful commercial and mixed-use projects. Experience with structured parking facilities is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to all phases of design – concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents Develop creative design solutions for commercial and mixed-use projects Produce renderings, models, and presentations to communicate design intent Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success Support construction administration efforts and coordinate with project leadership Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture 4+ years of relevant project design experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Actively pursuing licensure / AXP preferred Clear path to Project Architect / Project Manager roles Exposure to client interaction and presentations Opportunities to mentor junior staff and develop leadership skills Hands-on experience with full project lifecycle management Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and paid parental leave Tuition, certification, and licensure reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
