Phlebotomist w/Testing

Job Overview Phlebotomist to join the team in Spokane, WA at PAML a Labcorp company. Work schedule Monday to Friday 10:00am–7:00pm with additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. The role may include travel to additional sites. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Qualified to perform moderately complex testing as defined by CLIA. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Assist with travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State–issued Phlebotomy License. Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of phlebotomy experience. 2 or more years of pediatric phlebotomy experience. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Benefits Pay Range: $19.25–$27.41 per hour. Quarterly incentive bonus program for eligible PSTs. Employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week eligible for comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
