In this role, you will assist with machine setup, changeovers, production runs, and shutdowns while helping maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.What You'll DoFollow safety procedures and promote a safety-first cultureOperate Coater and Blown Film machines when qualified and as neededOrder and maintain resin box inventory to support production needsPackage mill rolls and manage scrap materials efficientlyPerform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, organized work environmentSupport 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including cross-training opportunitiesUnderstand and support product safety requirementsAssist with additional projects and duties as assigned by leadershipMust HaveAbility to work a 12-hour schedule, including nights if assignedBasic computer skills and ability to learn production systems and programsBasic math, measurement, and reading skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periods and perform climbing, crouching, and reaching tasksPreferredPrevious manufacturing experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJoin AmcorJoin a global leader in packaging where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.Our ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
