Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2080.80/week –

Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Supervises and coordinates nursing activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions by collecting relevant health data and analyzing assessment findings.
• Develop individualized care plans that include appropriate interventions to meet patient outcomes.
• Implement and coordinate care delivery, employing strategies to promote safety and wellness.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Current registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in a clinical setting, preferably in acute or telemetry care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from an approved vendor.
• EPIC electronic medical records experience required.
