Registered Nurse (RN)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide residents with education about their medications, health conditions,andphysical and mental health andwellness Communicate with doctors, psychiatrists,and any other medical personnel involved with the residents care Administerinjectable medications as prescribed to residents,when neededand per guidelines of prescribing provider Coordinatewith the pharmacy provider to ensure medications are ordered and onsite when neededfor all residents Routinely measure, track, and interpretvital signs, including but not limitedto:manual or electronic blood pressure and pulse,height,weightand temperature. Record andmonitorinformation in theresidentsElectronic Health Record (EHR), alerting treatment teamand medical provider(s)to notable changes or concerns. Review medical records and medication administration entriesmade by Level One Medical Aids (L1MAs)for Mary Ryder Home residents. Provide training to Mary Ryder Home staff on medication related practices and best practices for caring for residents when needed. Provide education to residents in a group setting about different health related topics. Assistin completing daily individualized meaningful interactions for residents focused on goals developed through treatment planning Responsible fortimelyandaccuratecompletion of records in EHR, including progress notes, collateral notes, meaningful interaction notes,and outcome measures. Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gainedwhilepreformingjob responsibilities, including but not limited to, resident information. Maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards Activelyparticipatein monthly team meetings. Work Conditions and Environment Work out of the Mary Ryder Home Facility,locatedat 4361 Olive St, Saint Louis, MO 63108 Work hours at Mary Ryder Home will fall between Monday and Friday. Work hours can be split between two days a week (4 hourshifts) or one 8 hour day. Ability to travel to other Provident sites, when needed Ability to navigate building and work areas independently. Must be able tolift upto 50lbs
