Order Management & Sales Support Specialist (Medical Device / ERP) in Rancho Santa Margarita

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | $28–$30 per hour (Non-Commission Role) We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join a growing medical device company . This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting sales operations, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems, order accuracy, and customer communication . You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting both internal sales teams and external customers throughout the order lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Administrative support , including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls Act as a primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal sales teams , ensuring timely and accurate communication Process, track, and manage customer orders and order status inquiries in alignment with company procedures Perform precise data entry and order management within ERP systems . The client uses Fishbowl ERP so if you have that even better! Ensure order accuracy, pricing validation, and documentation compliance in accordance with medical device industry standards Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email , resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed Support the Sales Support Manager and Territory Managers with operational and administrative needs Assist with inventory coordination and order fulfillment Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance Contribute to achieving sales performance goals for house accounts and distribution partners Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management , preferably within medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (required) for order entry, tracking, and reporting High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail , particularly in high‑volume environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Direct experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) strongly. Experience with Fishbowl ERP even better!
