Full Cycle Sales Representative

CauseVox is growing, and I'm looking for a few great Full Cycle Sales Reps to help us build the next stage of our sales team.

We've spent more than 16 years helping nonprofits raise money and build stronger relationships with their supporters. Today, CauseVox brings fundraising, events, donor management, communications, and reporting together in one connected platform. We're also building new ways for nonprofits to use AI to save time, understand their data, and make better decisions.

This is a full-cycle sales role on a small, founder-led team. Remote position, USA only.

You won't be stepping into a large sales organization where prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing are handled by different people. You'll own the relationship from the first conversation through the signed agreement.

The majority of your opportunities will come through our marketing operations, including inbound interest, events, partnerships, and our existing network. Your job will be to respond quickly, qualify thoughtfully, and turn those opportunities into a healthy pipeline. You should also be comfortable contributing to targeted outbound prospecting and testing new ways to generate demand when it makes sense.

What you'll own

• Follow up quickly and thoughtfully with leads generated through our marketing programs
• Qualify opportunities and determine where CauseVox can create the most value
• Run discovery calls that uncover what a nonprofit is trying to accomplish, not just which features they are asking for
• Deliver clear, engaging product demos tailored to each organization
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and next steps
• Navigate multiple stakeholders and keep opportunities moving forward
• Close new business and help nonprofits feel confident about choosing CauseVox
• Contribute to targeted outbound prospecting and new lead-generation ideas
• Work directly with our founders, product team, and marketing team to improve our positioning, sales process, demos, and playbooks
• Bring what you're hearing from the market back into the company so we can keep improving the product

Who we're looking for

You're friendly, personable, and easy to talk to, but you're also comfortable being direct, asking hard questions, and moving a sales process forward.

You know how to listen, diagnose a problem, and recommend the right solution. You can build trust without being passive and sell confidently without sounding overly scripted or transactional.

You're also:

• Self-directed and highly organized
• Comfortable managing a high level of sales activity
• Consistent about follow-up and pipeline management
• Motivated by goals, ownership, and closing deals
• Able to prioritize the highest-impact work in a fast-moving environment
• Excited to help build a sales function, not simply inherit an established one
• Curious about AI and how it is changing sales, fundraising, and nonprofit work
• Energized by working closely with a small team where your work is visible and meaningful
• Highly adaptable, able to learn quickly, respond to changing opportunities, and pitch in wherever the team needs support

Experience selling nonprofit technology, fundraising software, CRM platforms, or related SaaS products is strongly preferred.
