If you've worked in teaching, nursing, retail, hospitality, customer service or an office, you already know how to talk with people and help them decide. This remote role builds on that. No sales or insurance experience needed

What you'll do

• Meet by phone or Zoom with families who have asked for information about life insurance. No cold calling.
• Understand what they need, explain their options, and help them apply
• Stay their point of contact over time

What we provide

• Training, one-on-one mentorship, and weekly coaching
• Client management tools and back-office support
• A path into leadership if you want to grow beyond your own clients

Pay

• 1099 independent contractor, paid on commission
• An entry-level sale typically pays $600 to $800, based on current carrier contracts
• Full-time agents average 3 to 7 sales a week
• Figures are averages for active agents. Earnings aren't guaranteed and depend on your activity and results.
