Service Specialist

Overview The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Compensation: $18.00 - $18.00/hr Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Copy/Print/Scan per client request directions
- Processing incoming mail, renaming and delivery in a timely manner
- Set up Zoom meetings and assist with conference room set ups for meetings
- Preparing and scanning files, renaming and quality control page for page
- Professionalism - Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Mailroom services - mail runs, FedEx labels and metering mail
- Ensures the coordinated delivery of copy and print services in a timely manor
- Tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
- MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Responsible and reliable
- Eager to learn and help out in other area's
